1. What is your shipping or delivery time?
Orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after order is placed. They can also be collected from our store located in Craft Alive, Road Town Tortola BVI.
2. Can I purchase through text messages?
We prefer not. As long as our website is up and running, ALL orders must be placed through the website, this is to keep things organized & electronically documented.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can once it has not been delivered.

Please allow up to 48hrs for delivery of an order.
Rush delivery is available at an additional cost of $5.00.

GIFT SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE
For gift shipping please provide full name and telephone number of reciepient. Also all cost associated with the order and delivery.
4:RETURNS
CAN AN ITEM/S BE RETURN AFTER PURCHASES?
No return with our Lingerie and other personal garments due to sanitary reasons. When placing an order, please make sure you’re purchasing the correct item, color and size. For other items, returns are handled case by case. No cash return only store credit.
